Return and Refund Policy

At Corrective Skin we’re confident in the results our products  deliver, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our  products from the time of package arrival. If you find that within  that timeframe your skin isn’t loving your new routine, or if  something just doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out to our  customer service team via email care@correctiveskin.com and  we’ll be sure to take care of you! 

 

To receive a refund or store credit to be used towards another one  of our amazing products, we require the unused portion of the  original product be returned. We require all satisfaction guarantee  inquiries to go through our customer support team. If you do not  contact our team and return the product without express approval,  the return cannot be completed. 

 

Once the return, if approved by our team, a return shipping label  will be emailed to you. The cost of the shipping will be deducted  from the approved refund or store credit amount. Customers are  required to package their returns appropriately. Unfortunately, if products are damaged while in route to our return center, we will  not honor the reimbursement.
