Return and Refund Policy
Corrective Skin Care (“CSC”) offers a 30-day money back guarantee (less shipping charges) on all orders subject to the following:
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with any CSC product you buy, you must either (i) return the unused portion of the product to CSC within 30 days of your receipt of the order or (ii) if you elect the Product Credit Option defined below, you may keep the unused portion of the product to CSC.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by
means of a clear statement, electing which option you have chosen. You can inform us of your decision by:

In the event you elect the Payment Return Option (defined below), you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges) once you return to us (A) the unused portion of the product, (B) the sales receipt for the product that is included with each order email and (C) notice to us of your election to cancel the product purchase and receive a refund of the purchase price.
The term “Product Credit Option” means the option to receive a credit against any future purchase of additional CSC products, subject to the following: store credit expires after one year from the date it was issued. You must spend all of the credit before the expiration date or it will be forfeited. The minimum purchase required in order to use any of the credit is $10 (USD).
The term “Payment Return Option” means the option to receive a refund of the
purchase price for the product in question (less shipping charges) in the same manner as the original payment of the purchase price was made (i.e., if the product was purchased using a credit card, the refund will be made as a credit to that same credit card).
The CSC money back satisfaction guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. All refunds will be credited ONLY to the credit or debit card that was used to make the original purchase. CSC does not offer any refund for product returns after 30 days from the date of your receipt of the order.
The following are products that do not qualify for the 30-day moneyback guarantee:
- Product purchased after 30 days from the purchase of the product.
- Product not in its original packaging.
- Product made to our specifications or clearly personalized.
- Product which according to its nature is not suitable to be returned, deteriorates
rapidly or is past its published expiration date.
- Product that is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
- Product which is, after delivery and according to its nature, inseparably mixed
with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We will not be held responsible for product that is damaged or lost in the return
shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are
unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.
